Greece Was  the First Society in History that was not a  Worshiping  Society

While Israel based reality on spirituality, Greece was only interested in the material. Greece was self-centered; Israel was
G-d-centered. The Greek claim to creativity in philosophy, literature, art, archaeology and architecture is a sham when one understands the inhumanity, arrogance, cruelty, barbarism and lack of ethics and morality that motivated the Greeks. In the struggle with Greece, light was rescued from within darkness itself, Torah was increased and enhanced as the result of the forgetting of Torah. "The Sages taught, "Its abolition was its establishment." Indeed, the defeat of Greece locked in the healing salve that emerged from the plague itself.
